Great Little Garden has two delivery methods, depending on the product you have ordered. The smaller products will be delivered by a nationwide parcel company who have been operating for many years and have a reputation for excellent service. For those big expensive items you have ordered we use a trusted courier company to ensure that you receive your product in supreme condition and in next to no time.
The delivery driver will place your item in a safe location on your property boundary, and where possible this will be off any public footpaths or highways. Please ensure that you have made enough room on your property for us to place the product, especially if you have ordered a product from one of our larger garden building ranges. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We will always give you at least 24 hours notice for your delivery. If you know that you are not going to be in when we arrive then please give us a call. If you know that you will not be in to sign for the delivery then we ask that you give us prior authorization. If no prior authorization is given, there is no safe place to leave the item and there is no one present to sign for the item, then it cannot be delivered. If are unable to deliver the product it will be returned to our distribution depot and a calling card left. To have the product re-delivered you will need to pay a re-delivery charge of £35 before the product will be released for re-delivery.
If you are offered a delivery date that is inconvenient, you can refuse the proposed delivery date. Please be aware that refusing this date may extend the lead-time beyond that published on our website.
