The Lap Panel is a very durable and robust panel, providing great security and privacy.
Constructed with slightly overlapping rough sawn timber and encased in a heavy duty framework, the lap panel is very sturdy and is built to withstand the harsher elements such as strong winds.
We advised that rough sawn posts be used in conjunction with the style of the rough sawn timber of the panels. Posts should measure between 1.8m and 2.4m depending on your method of installation.
It is recommended to use pressure treated gravel boards to elevate the panels, to protect against contact with damp ground.
We would recommend that in order to maintain a quality finish appearance that the wood be treated with a semi-transparant stain or paint.
