A log cabin is a fantastic way of getting an extra room for your home, without the inconvenience and mess of extending the fabric of your existing house..- Take a look at our fabulous 4x3m Aquitaine 34mm Log Cabin to explore this idea further.
From the exterior you will see the smooth planed machine cut logs - these are 34mm thick and are constructed to give you a strong and robust structure with the logs extending to the outer edges of the cabin. A strong and reliable floor is essential, so 19mm tongue and groove cladding, well-known for its weather resistant, strength and durability is used to give a hardwearing finish. The roof is also constructed from the same material, providing an all round high quality design. The exterior of the roof is finished in green fleck shingle for a waterproof finish, but you can also choose traditional felt if you prefer.
The double doors welcome you into the light and airy space, which can be used for a home office, garden retreat and much more. There is single glazing and a mortice lock on the doors for added peace of mind with regard to security. There is an additional single glazed window which allows for extra light and ventilation whether the sun is beating down outside, or the rain.
Whatever you decide to use your log cabin for, you will be sure to have many hours of tranquillity and enjoyment - ideal.
