- Detailed Specification
All plants are in 3 litre pots meaning your plants will be stronger from the start. Unpack, plant out and let the clematis do the rest.
With careful planning you can see clematis flowering in your garden during each season of the year. And we've got together with a top climbing plant nursery and done that all important selection for you. This collection is quite simply superb. Each of the varieties will flower either in spring, summer, autumn or winter and each variety produces a different colour of flower. All are easy to grow and guaranteed to thrive in your garden. Delivered straight to your door, simply unpack, plant and stand back. And if pruning worries you we have a great guide to get the best from your clematis. Each collection consists of four plants in total, each plant being a different variety. All are growing in three litre pots (that's bigger than most other clematis you can buy) and are ready to plant.
For a year round display you will adore:
Winter: Clematis cirrhosa var. purpurascens 'Freckles': Cheerful winter-flowering evergreen 'Freckles' produces cream flowers, heavily freckled inside with dark red, anytime from February.
Spring: Clematis 'Blue Dancer': graceful, nodding pale blue bell-shaped flowers in April.
Summer: Clematis 'Marie Boisselot' is a striking garden favourite producing large satin-textured white flowers with creamy-yellow stamens in June. That's summer sorted.
Autumn: Clematis 'Piilu': blooms of 'Piilu' have two-tone pink petals surrounding a central eye of yellow stamens. This lovely combination creates a classic clematis flower. It blooms in June and again in early autumn.
There are occasions when certain varieties are sold out. When this happens we will send a close substitute but rest assured it will be of similar colour and the same flowering time.
