We and our suppliers are making every effort to protect the health and wellbeing of all our employees whilst operating as close to “business as usual” as possible. They continue to make deliveries to residential addresses.
However, it may take us a little longer to answer your email or your phone call so please be patient with us during this unprecedented time.
We always want to hear about your gardening queries and are ready to help you get the best from your garden. We would love to give you a call back. Please leave your details and a description of your gardening query (feel free to attach photos - they may help if we need to identify a plant or a pest) and one of our team will call you back as soon as possible.
And it doesn’t have to be all problems and queries - we are always delighted to share in your gardening successes as well.
Contacting Us About Delivery
If you have a query about delivery, please check the following information first:
Pick-a-Day Products: A product which offers Pick-a-Day delivery will offer you a choice of delivery dates at the checkout. On the product page, put your postcode in the box to check for available delivery dates (and that the product is available in your area).
All Other Products: Other products have a delivery icon showing the lead time for this product, such as 2-3 weeks. The lead time is the time in which the manfuacter expects the product to be available for dispatch. Once you have ordered the product, the manufacturer will contact you within the lead time window to arrange a delivery date with you. The manufacturer WILL NOT provide us with a delivery date before they contact you. Therefore, please only chase delivery with us if you are nearing the end of the lead time window and have not heard from the manufacturer. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we do not have any information about when a product may return to stock. If you need help choosing a suitable alternative, please do contact us.
We have a team of experts ready to answer any of your queries. And of course you can always get in touch and share your gardening successes on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
Sometimes, however, you can’t beat talking directly to someone so don’t hesitate in picking up the phone and giving us a call. If emails are easier for you, then ping one across to the relevant address and we will get things sorted as soon as we can.
