Delivery Charges for all items
Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, using prompt and efficient delivery methods.
This may involve a delivery direct from our own warehouse or a delivery direct from the manufacturer who will use their own carrier or an independent courier service (depending on order size and geographical location).
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £49.99. Orders under £49.99 will be subject to a £4.99 delivery charge. Postcode surcharges apply to certain destinations.
For all fencing and decking orders, there is an additional £19.99 surcharge for each order. In addition to this, some extended lead time postal codes will incur an additional charge.
We offer Pick a Day Delivery on as many products as we can to make delivery as convenient as possible for you.
Unfortunately, in some extreme postcodes areas where we are charged postcode surcharges we do have to pass these on.
If a product is required to arrive before a specific date - for example, a playhouse for a child's birthday - or you are concerned about access for any large products, please contact us for advice and assistance.
Where applicable our products are delivered flat packed, direct to your home and are supplied with a comprehensive set of instructions to help you get started.
Our £4.99 delivery charge includes the handling and delivery of your order.
All plants and living products are delivered in robust and sturdy boxes with inner bags to stop compost flying around during transit. All our packaging is eco-friendly - visit “our packaging story” on the home page for more details.

Delivery for fencing, sheds and wooden garden products:
All products are delivered in a boxed, flat packed, sectional format, from the supplier direct to your home and are supplied with full instructions, ready for DIY assembly.
Delivery to every area of the UK cannot be made every day. Some postcodes fall into an extended lead time area. The extended delivery lead time will be in addition to the typical lead time stated.
If you will be unavailable on the day of delivery, the driver can leave your order in a safe place. Please indicate this when placing your order or booking in your delivery as re-delivery charges may be levied if the delivery fails on the date agreed.
The delivery team will contact you to arrange an acceptable delivery date based on the typical lead time stated for the product.
Delivery of this item is typically made by a 3.5 to 7.5 ton flatbed (similar in size to a council refuse lorry) or an 18 ton lorry (similar in size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.
The drivers are only insured to deliver to curb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. Unfortunately, we will not be able to go through your property.
