Delivery Queries

Due to unprecedented demand, your delivery may take slightly longer than normal. If you have a query about delivery, please check the following information before contacting us:

Pick-a-Day Products: A product which offers Pick-a-Day delivery will offer you a choice of delivery dates at the checkout. On the product page, put your postcode in the box. You will then be shown if the product is delivered to your area and the next available delivery dates. At checkout, you will be able to pick your most convenient delivery date.

All Other Products: Other products have a delivery icon showing the lead time for this product, such as 2-3 weeks. The lead time is the time in which the manfuacter expects the product to be available for dispatch. Once you have ordered the product, the manufacturer will contact you within the lead time window to arrange a delivery date with you. The manufacturer WILL NOT provide us with a delivery date before they contact you. Therefore, please only chase delivery with us if you are nearing the end of the lead time window and have not heard from the manufacturer. We will then investigate the issue. Thank you.

Social Distancing Measures

Protecting the health and wellbeing of all our employees and customers is paramount. We continue to accept orders and make deliveries to most residential addresses. To enable us to do this, we have introduced strict precautionary measures eliminating contact.

Please be aware that your delivery may take longer than usual.

Upon delivery, to protect both you and our drivers, we will not require you to sign for your delivery. We request that you leave clear instructions for our driver regarding where you would like us to leave your order. Please remain inside your property during the delivery.

It may also take us a little longer to answer your email or your phone call so please be patient with us during this unprecedented time.

A selection of Great Little Garden's products offer convenient Pick a Day Delivery. On the product page, enter your postcode into the postcode checker. This will tell you if the product is available in your area and provide you with the next available delivery dates. At checkout, you will then be able to pick your delivery day.

Delivery Charges for all items

Free Delivery on orders over £200*

Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, using prompt and efficient delivery methods.

This may involve a delivery direct from our own warehouse or a delivery direct from the manufacturer who will use their own carrier or an independent courier service (depending on order size and geographical location).

Free delivery on orders over £200. All orders under £200 will be subject to a delivery charge of just £4.99 no matter how much you order. Postcode surcharges apply to certain destinations.

*For all fencing and decking orders, there is an additional £19.99 surcharge for each order. In addition to this, some extended lead time postal codes will incur an additional charge.

We offer Pick a Day Delivery on as many products to make delivery as convenient as possible for you.

Unfortunately, in some extreme postcodes areas postcode surcharges will be added to your cost.

If a product is required to arrive before a specific date - for example, a playhouse for a child's birthday - or you are concerned about access for any large products, please contact us for assistance.

Where applicable our products are delivered flat packed, direct to your home and are supplied with a comprehensive set of instructions to help you get started.

Our £4.99 delivery charge includes the handling and delivery of your order.

We aim to make the checkout page as simple as possible for you but, should you have any questions, please give one our friendly team of advisors a call who will happily talk this through with you.

Delivery for fencing, sheds and wooden garden products:

All products are delivered in a boxed, flat packed, sectional format, from the supplier direct to your home and are supplied with full instructions, ready for DIY assembly.

Delivery to every area of the UK cannot be made every day. Some postcodes fall into an extended lead time area. The extended delivery lead time will be in addition to the typical lead time stated. 

If you will be unavailable on the day of delivery, the driver can leave your order in a safe place. Please indicate this when placing your order or booking in your delivery as re-delivery charges may be levied if the delivery fails on the date agreed.

The delivery team will contact you to arrange an acceptable delivery date based on the typical lead time stated for the product.

Upon Delivery: 

Delivery of this item is typically made by a 3.5 to 7.5 ton flatbed (similar in size to a council refuse lorry) or an 18 ton lorry (similar in size to a removals lorry). Delivery is typically between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.

The drivers are only insured to deliver to kerb side or driveway. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. Unfortunately, we will not be able to go through your property.

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands.
