Our Delivery Process
Confirming your order
As soon as you place your order (either over the phone or on the website) you will receive an email confirmation from us, this will confirm the delivery method for your order. For smaller items we will give you a delivery date right away, but for all other items our supplier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please advise us of any vehicle or handling restrictions that affect your property as soon as possible.
The delivery lead-time for each item is on the product page (on the right, below the key features). Provided that all payments have been cleared, any cheque has been cleared and the item is in stock with our supplier, we will endeavour to deliver your product within the specified lead-time. Refusal of a delivery date given is likely to extend the delivery period beyond the specified lead-time.
Please Note: During busy periods we will try to get your order out to you as soon as possible but we are unable to Guarantee delivery within the stated lead-times. Lead-times may be extended slightly but we will keep you fully informed on the progress of you order.
Receiving a Delivery
When you receive a delivery from us, please inspect the package and product before signing for the delivery. Please ensure that any damage noted at this point is endorsed clearly on the proof of delivery. If you experience any problems at the point of delivery please contact us directly on 0333 003 0516 whilst the driver is still with you. At this point we will evaluate the problem and discuss with you the best course of action.
