This medium height Equisetum, otherwise known as horse-tail is an eye-catching, almost pre-historic looking plant. Strong, striped, upright stems, which almost look like quills arise to give rise to capsule shaped, cream coloured flower pods.

Equisetum is a fast-growing horsetail that has straight stems with equally spaced rough black rings running up their length to the flowering tip. Cab be grown as a marginal plant, which in a garden setting needs confining to prevent unwanted spreading. Plant in an aquatic basket lined with Hessian to restrict growth. As the stems remain green throughout the winter provides fascinating winter interest, and its slightly pre-historic look makes it a curiosity for the pond. Available as a 3L plant.

If a product is required to arrive before a specific date - for example, a playhouse for a child's birthday - or you are concerned about access for any large products, please contact us for advice and assistance.

Where applicable our products are delivered flat packed, direct to your home and are supplied with a comprehensive set of instructions to help you get started.
