    Fence Post (75 x 75 x 2400mm) -

When you are building your fence, it is important to use high quality fence posts to support your panels reliably through all weathers. Our traditional fence posts can do this for you. This 75x75x2400mm post is best suited to panels 1.8m (6ft) in height, as it is recommended that at least 60cm of the post is beneath ground for stability.

These fence posts are pressure treated to provide an impressive 15 year guarantee against rot and fungal decay. There is no need for you to apply annual treatments, saving you time and money.

Our posts are rough sawn for a familiar traditional appearance. Why not have a look at our range of post caps and finials which add a decorative finish as well as protecting your fence post further?

Our rough sawn timber posts are available in a variety of sizes and lengths. Always allow an extra 600mm if sinking the post in the ground. We also have easy-fit fence supports suitable for soil or hardstanding to help you install your fence posts quickly and easily.

    Lightweight Concrete Gravel Board 1.83m x 150 x 50mm -

Exposure to ground contact is one of the main causes of rot and decay in timber fence panels. Our Lightweight Concrete Gravel Boards are the best way to provide your fence panels with the solid, stable support that they need. Where timber gravel boards soak up moisture, concrete gravel boards block and deflect moisture away from your panels. With a standing height of 150mm, ground moisture will not be a concern.

Our boards are compatible with both 1800mm and 1830mm wide panels thanks to an innovative removable "nib" design. At an incredible 18kg, our concrete gravel boards are surprisingly easy to manoeuvre and install. The boards are designed to be used in conjunction with our concrete fence posts.

Please note - We recommend the use of a recognised mechanical cutting tool if removing the "nibs".

Forest Logo

Making British Gardens Great

At Forest, we know a fair bit about fences. And sheds for that matter. In fact, we've been one of the UK's most trusted manufacturer and distributor of quality wooden garden products for over 50 years.

With two sawmills in the UK processing locally-sourced timber, and a Head Office in Hartlebury, Worcestershire, you’ll find our range of garden buildings, fencing, decking and decorative structures for sale across many sites online and in over 3,000 retail stores. From the forest to the doorstep, we are involved every step of the way to ensure we bring you the best product and service.

Home Grown

We're proud to say that the majority of the timber we use is cut in our very own sawmill from trees grown in the UK.

Not only that, but our range is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and the majority of our products carry the FSC logo - so you know that our timber is ethically sourced from well-managed, sustainable forests that are replanted for future generations.

Made in the UK

Well made in Britain

The majority of the timber we use is grown and felled from managed UK forests across Scotland and Wales. After felling, the timber is cut and processed in one of our nearby sawmills and taken to our manufacturing operation in the heart of Britain. It is here our skilled workforce proudly produce the widest range of garden buildings, fencing and structures available in the UK.

All of the products that we sell are dispatched from this site. The final part of their journey is managed by our dedicated delivery department who are responsible for distribution direct to customers' homes by our fleet of vehicles.
