A dream for every cook and housewife a fresh pea that not only tastes super sweet but no need for shelling!Vegetable prep heaven! The long, fleshy, slightly curved pods of 'Mangetout' Sugar Pea Oregon are best gathered while young and cooked whole, delicious with melted butter or a nutritious stir fry. A dwarf plant reaching only 105-120cm in height you don't have to have a large vegetable garden to grow your own. Even the smallest patio or balcony can accommodate a few containers that will give you a bumper crop of delicious fresh produce!

Sow on a window sill, in a greenhouse or direct into the soil at from Mar-June on the surface of a good seed compost, firm down and keep compost damp but not too wet. If grown in the greenhouse transplant seedlings into 9cm.pots when a good root ball is established plant in your border or container at approx. 30-40cm apart after all danger of frost has passed.

Average packet contents 245 seeds.

When planted out happiest in free-draining soil in sunny positions.
