Charcoal Pizza Ovens
One of the many wonderful attributes to charcoal is that it burns at extremely high temperatures so it can obviously cook things fast. Now, experts tell us that pizzas need to be cooked fast to stop them getting soggy. And we all love a thin, crispy base here. Put the two things together and you have a wonderful pizza oven. Genius. Unless you like soggy pizzas. Or don't like any type of pizza. In which case, you might be in the wrong area.
